My Mission

Since I overcame my Panic Attacks in 2004, it is my mission to spread the word.

There are specific things you do every day that cause your panic attacks and that give you those symptoms. Especially when you don't want to feel them.

The first thing you should always do is talk to your family doctor to exclude physical problems.

Once that you get the "anxiety" or "panic" verdict, that's when I can help. When I teach you every single cause of your panic attacks, at least you'll know WHY you feel it and you'll know how to deal with it!
